We enjoyed an very nice dining experience at Aperi restaurant during our stay. The atmosphere was intimate and the food was nothing short of exquisite. The tasting menu crafted by Chef Matteo Salas featured locally sourced ingredients and each dish was thoughtfully prepared. The smoked beet salad and foie gras were particularly nice.
